It's all about the energy of life, so stop wasting your will power!

Sure, you’ve done a lot of self work, attended dozens of courses and read hundreds of books. You’ve improved your life phenomenally although you know you haven’t reached the end of your journey – there are still many goals you wish to conquer.
You’ve been taking responsibility for your life now for years, so why on earth would I even suggest that you might still be stuck in victimhood?
Well, do you ever still feel like a failure? Well, DO YOU?
When you feel like a failure, you know you’re still stuck in victimhood. When you blame yourself – which my guess is you are – you feel like the victim of your own character flaws.
That challenges the total self acceptance and self-love mantras we have intellectually conquered, but obviously still need to infiltrate into the deeper part of our consciousness. Oh well, part of the human condition, I suppose.
However, all is not lost. I came across a powerful and effective little mantra from Joe Vitale’s Hawaiian healing inspired Zero Limits course.
But essentially, when you’re feeling powerless, frustrated, discouraged with your life, simply say these 4 simple phrases:
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you.
That’s it! As Joe Vitale explains, these phrases are shorthand for deeper thoughts and feelings. So to expand, it might go something like this:
Dear Universe and Higher Self, I’m sorry that my unconscious mind has failed to let go of limitations that would allow my full potential to unfold and manifest.
Please forgive me that I haven’t, as yet, recognised and released all blockages that allow your divine energy to flow through me unobstructed.
Thank you for your love and acceptance and healing of this situation. Thank you for taking over this situation for me.
I love you, for I recognise and accept that love is all there is, and that I am included in this.
Adapt your own words to suit your situation. Now it doesn’t matter what order you say the mantra in, or even if you just repeat one line over and over again. “I love you” works the best ;- )
The Hawaiian word for this system is Ho’oponopono and means to clean your mind from toxic thoughts.
Tying this in with Abraham- Hicks and the Law of Attraction, whenever you’re feeling bad about something, the recommendation is to find something that will help you feel – and vibrate – better.
As Joe Vitale suggests, try this mantra with everything that’s frustrating you with your life. See what happens.
Over to you:
If you have tried this, how has it worked for you? Has any other process worked for you that helps you get away from beating yourself up over something?
